Proposal Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and submitting proposals and presentations ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and draft professional proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for clients.

· Develop and design presentations in MS PowerPoint and maintain data in MS Word & MS Excel.

· Conduct research to gather technical and commercial information for proposals.

· Collaborate with the sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure proposal accuracy.

· Utilize AI tools to enhance document quality, content creation, and presentation impact.

· Maintain a proposal database for quick reference and updates.

· Handle client communication (email, phone, and meetings) to clarify requirements and follow up on proposals.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

· Graduate or pursuing BCA, B.Sc. (Computers), IT, BBA or MBA in related fields.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

· Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gamma etc.).

· Basic understanding of automation industry terminology is a plus.

Soft Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

· Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.

· Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

· Creative and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Experience:

· Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
