Proposal Engineer – Water & Wastewater Industry

Job Summary:
The CAD Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing technical drawings for water and wastewater treatment projects, including STP, ETP, WTP, and RO systems. The role supports design, execution, and commissioning teams by delivering accurate and timely drawings as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and allied treatment systems
• Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, piping layouts, equipment layouts, and foundation drawings
• Prepare civil drawings including tanks, pedestals, trenches, and foundations
• Modify drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, and consultant comments
• Coordinate with project, process, and site teams to understand technical requirements
• Prepare as-built drawings after completion of installation and commissioning
• Maintain drawing revision control and documentation as per project standards
• Support tender and proposal drawings when required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory; basic 3D knowledge is an added advantage)
• Good understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and engineering specifications
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater treatment projects preferred

Preferred Attributes:

• Exposure to STP / ETP / WTP / RO projects
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,561.61 - ₹30,131.44 per month
