We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and proposal engineering, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and prepare proposals in response to customer requests and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and input for proposals.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Create and present persuasive and compelling proposal content to win new business deals.
Work closely with the sales team to align proposals with overall sales strategies and objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and proposal engineering, with a strong track record of success.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
Experience working with sales teams and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
