Company Description At Pragati Valuation, we offer Valuation and appraisal services for Immovable Properties for the various purpose such as Corporate Transactions under companies act ( M&A, Restructuring etc.), Insolvency and Bankrupcy Procedures, Loans & Mortgages, Taxation and Compliances etc. We are empaneled with multiple banks and financial institute as a registered valuer of Immovable properties. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager at Pragati Valuation located in Ahmedabad. The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals, Physical Inspection, communicating with clients and prepare report accurately. Qualifications Technical Understanding of Real Estate Appraisal skills Experience in property valuation and estimation Attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work efficiently to achieve low TAT (Turn-around Time) Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Valuation, Finance, or related field Show more Show less
