Paper study and document verification : Meticulously examine property titles, legal documents, and other records to confirm ownership, identify encumbrances, and verify property specifications before performing a valuation. ​ Detailed report writing : Prepare clear, concise, and defensible valuation reports that adhere to industry standards and client requirements. ​ Site inspections : Perform on-site inspections to assess property condition, features, and other relevant factors. ​ Market research : Stay up-to-date with local real estate market conditions, legal regulations, and economic indicators that may impact property values.
