​Responsibilities:

• ​Valuation of land and buildings: Conduct thorough and accurate valuations for a diverse range of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• ​Rate assessment: Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and other data to determine property values and rental rates.
• Paper study and document verification: Meticulously examine property titles, legal documents, and other records to confirm ownership, identify encumbrances, and verify property specifications before performing a valuation.
• ​Detailed report writing: Prepare clear, concise, and defensible valuation reports that adhere to industry standards and client requirements.
• ​Site inspections: Perform on-site inspections to assess property condition, features, and other relevant factors.
• ​Market research: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market conditions, legal regulations, and economic indicators that may impact property values.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
