Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuation of land, buildings, and property assets as per IBBI/government guidelines.
• Prepare valuation reports with market analysis, legal checks, and site inspection details.
• Maintain property valuation records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, banks, and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with IBBI, Companies Act, and statutory norms.
• Perform physical site inspections and collect field data.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E. Civil / Architecture or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in property/land valuation.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methods and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and valuation tools.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with bank/NBFC/government valuation assignments.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai.

Compensation: As per industry standards.
