Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sourcing Executive, located in Ernakulam. The Property Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties that meet clients' needs. Daily tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, coordinating with property owners and clients, and ensuring timely procurement and recruitment processes. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct market research Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement Ability to handle Recruiting and onboarding of new team members Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Show more Show less
