Handle all the qualified leads and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies for new property launches and inventory movement. Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, digital platforms, and fieldwork. Oversee end-to-end client relationship management – from first contact to closure. Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasting to senior management. Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional events. Ensure complete compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales
