The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing commercial property sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and negotiating deals. The role involves continuous interaction with clients, providing property solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Property Sales and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in developing Sales Strategies and conducting Market Research
  • Proficiency in Negotiation and Deal Closure
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
