Job Description: - We are looking for a dynamic individual who is extremely fluent in verbal communication and has strong phone presence for pre sales process. Responsibilities:  Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted telephone  Generate & maintain a strong pipeline to ensure that the sales team has adequate number of clients.  Arrange in-person meeting and site visits of clients with sales team  Communicate with clients with emphatic, clear and effective communication through various stages  Creating daily & weekly reports and submission to the superiors  Interact with clients to know their property requirements, suggest suitable properties, follow up for SiteVisits, Guide clients for Site visit purpose, know their whereabouts, co-ordinate with Sales Team & Team Manager for executing Site Visits. Front Desk Management Greet all visitors professionally within 10 seconds of arrival. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times. Log all incoming visitors with 100% accuracy. 2. Call Handling Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings. Ensure proper call routing with zero complaints. Maintain call logs and messages with 100% accuracy. 3. Visitor & Guest Management Ensure all visitors are issued passes and escorted as per security protocol. Maintain daily visitor records with zero errors. Collect visitor feedback (if applicable) with 90%+ satisfaction rate. 4. Courier & Mail Management Log all incoming and outgoing couriers accurately. Ensure delivery to the right departments within 30 minutes of receipt. Zero loss or misplacement of parcels/mail. 5. Meeting Room Coordination Maintain and update meeting room bookings with 100% accuracy. Ensure rooms are clean, equipped, and ready 10 minutes before scheduled meetings. 6. Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance (e.g., printing, scanning, document handling) within stipulated timelines. Zero complaints regarding delay or negligence in admin support. 7. Professional Appearance & Conduct Maintain professional dress code and conduct at all times. Receive at least 90% positive internal feedback on behaviour and professionalism. 8. Attendance & Punctuality Maintain 100% punctuality and minimum absenteeism. Ensure backup coverage is arranged during any planned leave. 9. Emergency Handling Handle urgent visitor or call situations calmly and escalate appropriately. Be aware of emergency evacuation and visitor safety protocols. 10. Customer Service & Communication Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication. Maintain a helpful and polite tone in all interactions.
