Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the real estate portfolio, overseeing leases, and ensuring effective asset management. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analysis, developing and implementing portfolio strategies, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

• Experience in managing Leases and Asset Management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
