Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Portfolio Manager located in Hyderabad. The Property Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse property portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and profitability. Daily tasks include coordinating property acquisitions, managing tenant relations, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. The role also entails preparing financial reports, developing property management plans, and collaborating with clients to address their property needs and concerns.
