Property Manager

A leading Property Management company is looking to hire a PROPERTY MANAGER to oversee villas located in Siolim, North Goa.

We're seeking candidates with a background in hospitality - ideally experienced in guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance and inventory management.

The ideal candidate to be organized, reliable, and has strong communication skills, with the ability to manage staff and daily operations efficiently.

Own transportation and flexibility in working-hours are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
• Supervise support staff including butlers, housekeepers, cooks, and gardeners.
• Coordinate day-to day operations and housekeeping standards
• Conduct regular maintenance checks
• Train staff as needed
• Submit daily operational reports to management

Salary Range: INR 25000 to INR 30000
