We are looking for candidates to hire for the position of Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager ( both with Technical Background ) (Site Lead) for a prestigious accounts in Noida. Below are the requirements:
. Experience of atleast 5-7 years in FM industry (preferably from IPC / Corporate/ Hospitality)
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should have thorough knowledge of basic FM activities (Manpower management, Stakeholder management, Vendor management, etc). -Should be self driven and able to manage the site/account independently.
