Position Title: Land Recovery & Property Management Officer (Trust Organisation)

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (Field and Office-based, travel across A.P. required)

About the Organization

A reputed charitable Trust organization is undertaking a large-scale initiative to recover and manage its land holdings spread across Andhra Pradesh. The role focuses on identifying, securing, and regularizing all institutional lands, ensuring they are properly documented and protected.

Role Overview

The Land Recovery & Property Management Officer will be responsible for identifying, verifying, and facilitating the recovery of organization-owned lands across multiple districts in Andhra Pradesh. The position involves extensive field coordination with local authorities, survey departments, legal teams, and administrative offices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recover encroached, leased, or disputed lands belonging to the organization across Andhra Pradesh.
• Liaise with revenue, registration, and municipal departments for surveys, title verification, and boundary marking.
• Maintain detailed records of survey numbers, title deeds, ECs, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with advocates for property disputes, recovery cases, and legal compliance.
• Conduct frequent field visits across districts to inspect, verify, and report on land status.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain updated land asset registers.
• Assist in digitizing all land-related records and mapping the properties.
• Support management in leasing, utilization, or development of recovered lands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in land management, real estate, or dealing with institutional properties.
• Strong understanding of Andhra Pradesh land systems, including survey processes, records, and the Dharani/Meebhoomi portals.
• Excellent documentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
