LiveLong Wealth is expanding its real estate vertical and is looking for individuals to join our team as Property Consultants.

Role Highlights:

Location: Bangalore

Compensation Structure

• Initial 3 months: Commission-only (high earning potential)
• Post 3 successful sales: Fixed salary of ?3.54 LPA + attractive commission
• Additional performance-based rewards and incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct calling and follow-ups to generate leads
• Meet clients, conduct property presentations, and handle negotiations
• Coordinate and accompany clients for site visits and property showings
• Work on weekends (mandatory for property showings)
• Participate in marketing activities, including creating reels and promotional videos on a biweekly basis
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
• Liaise with developers and internal teams for smooth closure of sales

Who We&aposre Looking For:

Individuals with strong business development skills

Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred

Self-motivated professionals passionate about client engagement and property advisory
