Property Consultants LiveLong Wealth is expanding its real estate vertical and is looking for individuals to join our team as Property Consultants. Role Highlights: Location: Bangalore Compensation Structure Initial 3 months: Commission-only (high earning potential) Post 3 successful sales: Fixed salary of ?3.54 LPA + attractive commission Additional performance-based rewards and incentives Key Responsibilities Conduct calling and follow-ups to generate leads Meet clients, conduct property presentations, and handle negotiations Coordinate and accompany clients for site visits and property showings Work on weekends (mandatory for property showings) Participate in marketing activities, including creating reels and promotional videos on a biweekly basis Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups Liaise with developers and internal teams for smooth closure of sales Who We&aposre Looking For: Individuals with strong business development skills Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred Self-motivated professionals passionate about client engagement and property advisory If you&aposre ready to build a high-growth career in real estate, wed love to hear from you.
