Job Description

We are seeking a Property Acquisition Manager to lead FashionTV India s franchise expansion for luxury FTV Bars, Lounges, Caf s, Salons, and Schools.
The ideal candidate will come from an FB, bar, lounge, hospitality, or real estate agency background and possess deep networks with builders, developers, IPCs, and brokers.
You will play a critical role in anchoring the FashionTV brand in front of builders, developers, malls, and high-street locations while building and leading a dedicated property acquisition team for franchise expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and finalize premium commercial properties for FashionTV franchise formats (Bars, Lounges, Salons, Retail, and Education).
Build and manage relationships with builders, developers, IPCs, brokers, and channel partners across India.
Negotiate lease and commercial terms aligned with the brand s business objectives.
Assess site feasibility, financial modeling, and ROI for shortlisted locations.
Support franchise and investor onboarding by sourcing optimal properties for their business requirements.
Build, train, and lead a team of property acquisition executives.
Maintain detailed MIS reports and dashboards on property status, negotiations, and closures.
Represent the FashionTV brand with professionalism and strategic insight in all client and builder interactions.

Skills Qualifications

Must-Have

Experience in commercial lease, buying, and renting negotiations and closures.
Expertise in real estate site acquisition and property sourcing.
Strong background in FB, bar, lounge, or hospitality property leasing.
Financial modeling and site feasibility analysis.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Active professional network of brokers and developers.
Mumbai-based candidate willing to travel Pan-India for site visits and client meetings.
we'll-connected with channel partners across North, South, East, West, and Central India, capable of presenting multiple property options quickly to clients.

Preferred

Agency or retail/FB franchise rollout experience.
Familiarity with lease management systems (Yardi, MRI, or equivalent).
Understanding of commercial real estate regulations in India.
