Prompt Writer

We are seeking a talented Prompt Writer to join our content development team who:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Vertex AI, Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar generative AI platforms for image/video creation.
• Have formal design background or demonstrated ability to translate creative briefs into technical prompts. They should understand composition, lighting, color theory, and character consistency requirements for professional multimedia content.
• Understand AI capabilities and limitations to craft prompts that maximize output quality, incorporating specific technical parameters for lighting, composition, camera angles, and character positioning to support learning objectives
• Can Iterate and refine prompts based on AI output quality, collaborating with Creative Lead and Instructional Design Lead to achieve desired visual outcomes while minimizing revision cycles and production delays
• Can work closely with production teams to translate creative briefs and storyboard requirements into actionable AI prompts, ensuring generated content supports narrative storytelling and instructional design goals while meeting timeline deliverables
• Have experience in corporate learning, training content, or branded multimedia production rather than general creative work. They must understand professional visual standards and compliance requirements for business audiences.
• Can showcase character consistency across multiple images and professional workplace scenarios in AI-generated content.
