Prompt Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, test, and refine prompts for AI tools (text, image, code, and data-related prompts)
• Understand business requirements and convert them into structured AI instructions
• Optimize prompts for accuracy, tone, consistency, and performance
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI outputs into real workflows
• Create prompt libraries, templates, and use-case documentation
• Experiment with new AI tools and features to improve productivity
• Analyze AI responses and continuously improve prompt quality
• Assist in internal AI training and knowledge sharing initiatives

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good written communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of how AI tools work (LLMs, generative AI, automation tools)
• Ability to break down problems into clear instructions
• Willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of workflows, APIs, or automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Background in tech, management, design, or digital marketing
• Experience creating SOPs, templates, or documentation
