We are looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst with a specialised focus on Prompt Engineering and PromptOps. This role requires proven experience in developing CustomGPTs within the OpenAI platform, alongside strong capabilities in writing comprehensive business cases, statements of work, and cost-benefit analyses. The successful candidate will be adept at system analysis, identifying key risks, and developing robust mitigation plans. Furthermore, experience in developing and executing test plans, and designing and delivering technical training courses and workshops (e.g., on prompting best practices) is essential.
Desirable qualifications include familiarity with Microsoft AI services (AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, OpenAI Studio, AI Search) and Power Platform tools for AI-enabled app development, as well as experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft DevOps for AI development.
