Job Description

Primacy Infotech is building next-generation ERP-focused AI agents (Functional, Developer, Accounting, QA, and Project Management). We are looking for a Prompt Engineer / AI Trainer who can transform business and technical knowledge into intelligent, structured AI workflows.

This is an in-house role, working on real AI products—not generic chatbots.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and write high-quality prompts for multiple AI agents
• Convert ERP business use cases into structured examples and reasoning steps
• Train AI models using step-by-step logic, workflows, and scenarios
• Define AI agent personality, tone, and behavioral guidelines
• Collaborate with ERP consultants, developers, and AI engineers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong English communication and logical reasoning skills
• Good understanding of ERP workflows (Functional / Technical / Accounting)
• Ability to translate business problems into prompt patterns
• Basic knowledge of Python
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in AI, ERP, automation, or related roles
