About The Role

We’re looking for highly creative individuals who excel at visual imagination, cinematic thinking, and the craft of descriptive writing. This role goes far beyond just “prompting” with AI tools; it requires a sharp eye for storytelling, a deep understanding of composition and visual pacing, and the ability to translate written ideas into vivid, emotionally resonant scenes.You will be responsible for crafting prompts that guide both AI image generation and AI animation workflows, working closely with a team of writers and editors. We are looking for someone who understands the grammar of cinema (lighting, framing, scale, mood) and can wield language with precision and flair.If you can think like a storyteller, write like a visual poet, and build entire scenes in your head before the AI does; we want you in the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, consistent prompts for tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Kling or other AI art & animation tools.
• Translate scripts into a sequence of cinematic visuals with accuracy and flair
• Ensure continuity in style, character likeness, attire, lighting, composition, and storytelling
• Experiment with prompt variations and troubleshoot outputs to match creative vision
• Collaborate with editors to align on output-ready frames
• Maintain an organized database of prompts, variations, and best practices
• Work under deadlines and manage outputs with prompt refinements
  

Requirements

• Prior experience with Midjourney or Runway/Kling and other AI image/animation tools (MANDATORY)
• Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of cinematic composition
• Ability to follow creative briefs and adapt based on visual direction
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
• Bonus: Experience working with animation teams or creative production workflow
