Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Greet and engage customers in the store to promote Crompton products. Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers. Demonstrate appliances or lighting products, if applicable. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain product display, cleanliness, and visibility at the counter. Keep track of stock levels and coordinate with supervisors for replenishment. Provide customer feedback to the sales manager. Submit daily sales and footfall reports as per company format. Participate in promotional campaigns or events when scheduled.
