We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Promo Producer to manage the end-to-end execution of daily creative deliverables for Bigg Boss Marathi and other non-fiction properties on Colors Marathi. In this role, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality promos that align with the channel s creative vision. Working closely with the senior creative team, you will oversee the entire promo production process from concept to final output while maintaining consistency, quality, and creative excellence across all communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end production of daily promos and creative assets for Bigg Boss Marathi and other non-fiction shows.
Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and editorial teams to conceptualize, brief, and execute promo ideas.
Oversee editing, graphics, voiceovers, and sound design to ensure high-quality output.
Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all promos.
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets within tight deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (editors, voice artists, studios) for smooth execution.
Track promo performance and contribute to creative optimization.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in mass communication, Film, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in promo production, ideally within television or digital entertainment.

Skills & Attributes for success:

Strong understanding of non-fiction / reality TV content and audience dynamics.
Proficiency in post-production processes and familiarity with editing workflows.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for storytelling and visual appeal.
