Key Responsibilities

• Develop

  job-role-aligned training content

  including curriculum outlines, detailed session plans, and daily training schedules.
• Write and structure

  Faculty Guides, Learner Handbooks, SOPs, and reference materials

  for classroom and blended training programs.
• Translate occupational standards and industry practices into

  clear, teachable content

  suitable for vocational learners.
• Coordinate with SMEs primarily for

  content validation and practical relevance

  , rather than instructional technology.
• Design

  skill-based activities, practice exercises, assignments, and on-the-job task sheets

  .
• Create

  simple, trainer-led presentations (PPTs)

  that support facilitation rather than self-paced eLearning.
• Ensure content alignment with

  NSQF / QPNOS / SSC standards

  wherever required.
• Maintain consistency, clarity, and industry relevance across all written content deliverables.
• Deliver content within defined timelines while adhering to quality and compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  Training Content Developer, Curriculum Writer, or Vocational Content Specialist

  .
• Strong understanding of

  job roles, processes, tools, and workflows

  in one or more sectors: Media & Entertainment, ITeS, Apparel, Food Processing.
• Excellent

  writing and structuring skills

  with the ability to simplify complex processes for skill-based learners.
• Hands-on experience developing

  learner manuals, trainer guides, assessments, and practical task sheets

  .
• Comfortable working with

  SMEs, trainers, and project teams

  to finalize content.
• Ability to manage multiple content modules and meet delivery timelines with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on

  NSDC / SSC / CSR skill development projects

  .
• Background in

  vocational education, industrial training, or employability-focused programs

  .
• Exposure to ILT or blended delivery environments (not mandatory).
• Candidates with strong

  domain content expertise

  are preferred over pure eLearning specialists.
