Project Warranty Manager

As a Project Warranty Manager at our unit in Vadodara, you will be an integral part of our international team in the After Sales & Service department. Your role will involve managing Warranty and Service projects, encompassing both technical and commercial responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing multiple ongoing Warranty and Service projects for the Power Quality portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, and external end customers. - Handling various project tasks such as fault investigations, coordinating site activities, and managing customer relationships effectively. - Resolving quality issues proactively for assigned projects by collaborating with the engineering team, suppliers, and customers. - Ensuring operational and financial reporting for projects, while driving continuous improvements to boost efficiency and quality. - Global collaboration with regional counterparts and local operation units to provide support to customers worldwide. - Meeting customer expectations within budget and specified quality standards. - Maintaining all warranty job records, providing prompt warranty services to customers until closure by coordinating with relevant functions. - Taking clear responsibility after commissioning & TOC from customers, handling contract terms & conditions, legal aspects, SAP/Ariba tasks, and prioritizing a customer-first approach. - Managing techno-commercial matters with a versatile approach and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines. Your qualifications should include: - A degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. - 10-15 years of experience, with mandatory experience in Transformer service & project management. - Strong focus on HSE, quality, and integrity. - Organized, structured, and collaborative nature. - Ability to prioritize tasks and take ownership of deliveries. - Fluency in English (written and verbal), with additional languages like Swedish, Spanish, or German considered advantageous. - Previous experience in project management and/or the Energy Sector is a plus.
