Role & responsibilities

Utility Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Utility Maintenance & Operations:
Manage and maintain utility systems including HVAC, compressed air, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, generators, and other plant support systems.
Plant Maintenance Oversight:
Supervise overall plant maintenance activities to ensure seamless equipment functionality, safety compliance, and minimal production disruption.
MEP Coordination:
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works with internal teams and external contractors during installations, maintenance, and renovations.
Utility Projects Management:
Plan and execute new utility-related projects including capacity expansions, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
Electrical Maintenance:
Oversee electrical infrastructure and ensure the reliability and compliance of power distribution, panels, lighting, and automation controls.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all utilities and plant machinery to reduce downtime and increase equipment lifespan.
Water Treatment Plant Management:
Monitor and manage water treatment systems (ETP/STP/RO/DM) to ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, optimize energy usage, and control costs without compromising operational efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of technicians and supervisors. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
