Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Kharadi, Pune (with field visits to client/project sites)

Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Requirement: Candidate must have their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license

Salary - 15,000 to 20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various project/field locations to submit and collect important documents, permits, or material handover documents.
• Assist project teams by coordinating with vendors, site engineers, and local authorities for documentation-related tasks.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of field-related documentation both physically and digitally.
• Ensure timely collection/delivery of materials, drawings, or tools between site and office.
• Provide on-ground administrative support during audits, inspections, and handovers.
• Communicate actively with internal teams to ensure smooth field operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or Graduate in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

- 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with strong field willingness are welcome).

- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

- Must be physically active, disciplined, and professional in handling tasks.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office or document tracking tools.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel daily or as per project needs.
