Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). - Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in electrical contracting, T&D, or energy metering. - Strong understanding of Electrical Projects. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and MS Office. - PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory). - Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. -Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD. Assist project teams by coordinating with vendors, site engineers, and local authorities for documentation-related tasks. Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of field-related documentation both physically and digitally. Ensure timely collection/delivery of materials, drawings, or tools between site and office. Provide on-ground administrative support during audits, inspections, and handovers. Communicate actively with internal teams to ensure smooth field operations. Candidate Requirements - Diploma or Graduate in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). - 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with strong field willingness are welcome). - Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). - Must be physically active, disciplined, and professional in handling tasks. - Basic knowledge of MS Office or document tracking tools. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to travel daily or as per project needs.
