Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a defined territory to drive adoption of a new generation of paints and waterproofing and manage its P&L
2. Design and roll-out sales and marketing plans in the assigned geography
3. Build rapport and generate business with key influencers/stakeholders, viz: contractors, builders, key accounts/ institutions, interior designers, architects, repair & restoration consultants, etc. and provide them with technical know-how
4. Develop and manage a network of Channel Partners to generate project leads and drive conversion
5. Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
6. Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of the organization. Ensure extension of benefits to influencers as per the defined loyalty program structure
