Project Sales Manager - Marble and granite

The ideal candidate will lead a team of Project Sales executives and be responsible for expanding the business in the designated geography. As a key player in the team, you will manage Key Accounts effectively. Your primary role will involve driving sales activities for Engineered Stone products. You should have a strong understanding of the Specification process, Proposals, Negotiations, and sales closure. It is essential to have excellent relationships with Consultants, Architects, Contractors, Developers, and Interior Designers in the given territory. In this position, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of project opportunities and ensuring the successful conversion of specified projects into sales. Additionally, you should have knowledge of standards, specifications, application procedures, market intelligence, and a solid background in project management and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales, Channel Sales, and Project Sales, with exposure in the Tiles Industry, Marble industry, and Ceramics. Excellent communication skills and a sound personality are essential for this role. You will also be responsible for handling the team and achieving Sales Targets efficiently.,
