Project Release Manager, Scrum Master & QA Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile professional to manage software releases, lead Agile teams, oversee QA, and coordinate daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for task planning, priority management, and swift handling of production issues, ensuring smooth project delivery and high product quality. Key Responsibilities: Release Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases in the product. Maintain release checklists and communicate schedules/status to stakeholders. Scrum Master: Facilitate Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile best practices. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases, coordinate manual/automated testing. Track defects and ensure regression and acceptance testing are completed. Task List & Priority Management: Own and update the team’s task board (e.g., github/issues). Assign, monitor, and reprioritize tasks as per business needs. Ensure transparency of progress, bottlenecks, and deadlines. Production Issue Management: Monitor and respond quickly to production issues and incidents. Coordinate investigation, resolution, and communication with stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Requirements: 3+ years in software project management, Scrum, and QA roles. Github, Postman, MySql, AI tools Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, ownership, and proactive mindset. Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
