Manager /ManagerLocation CorporateExperience 3 – 6 years of relevant experienceRole SummaryProvide support in delivering on new and existing store fit-outs for the regionKey Job Responsibilities
Project Design and Delivery Understand the details of the proposed property Provide support in updating the base drawing based on the SDR site data before starting the zoninglayout Prepare the zoning layout for the new stores in coordination with the regional design manager Prepare the renovation proposal drawing in coordination with the regional and concept designmanagers Understand, align and deliver projects in line with the project delivery schedules (budgeted and nonbudgeted) Provide support in ensuring the readiness of the design pack for tendering and execution Provide support to the non-concept design manager for execution as needed Obtain the costing for renovations from the relevant stakeholders and share with the regional designmanager Follow up with all the stakeholders (Project Execution, IT, Marketing, VM, Regional Retail, RegionalCommercial, Import, Health & Safety and Developers) to deliver the project in line with the LOA terms &schedule Adhere to the project closure process Share project progress updates and tracker at regular intervals to all the relevant stakeholders Collect feedback after completion of each project and share the same Provide support in maintaining the as built drawings of the complete project in coordination with theexecution teamSelf -Development Learn on the job and from planned learning activities for continuous self-developmentKey Result Areas (KRAs)Financial Project timelines Project quality Project budgetsCustomer Store retail needs and feedback Snag free handoverProcess Project tracking SLA and SOP adherencePeople Self-DevelopmentReports To Regional Project DesignManagerSupervises None
