Job Description

Role Responsibilities :

Understand customer interior design requirements
Create 2D/3D designs, BOQ, quotations & presentations
Handle projects from design to final execution
Coordinate with sales, merchants & fulfillment teams
Guide customers on design processes and materials
Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
Ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction

Desired Skills and Competencies

Experience in independently handling interior design projects.
Through knowledge and understanding of factory-made modular furniture (Kitchens, wardrobes, and other storage units) Ability to translate customer s requirements to design in 2D & 3D using CAD software (Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp) Knowledge of Engineered wood materials, wood finishes & hardware used in modular kitchens & wardrobes.
Understanding of costing for modular furniture and ability to read & understand production drawings, BOQs & Cut lists etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills
