Project & Program Manager

Role Overview: As a Program / Project Manager in the Semiconductor domain, you will be responsible for managing multiple VLSI projects from start to finish. Your key tasks will include planning resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will handle client communication, project reporting, identify risks, and drive issue resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as RTL, DV, PD, DFT, etc., is a crucial aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple VLSI projects from initiation to completion - Plan resources and track project progress - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Handle client communication and project reporting - Identify risks and drive issue resolution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the VLSI/semiconductor industry - Strong project or program management skills - Excellent communication and coordination abilities - Technical background (B.Tech/MTech) required, MBA considered a plus Additional Company Details: This position offers a competitive budget of 15 lpa and is based in HYD.
