Project & Program Manager

You are hiring for a Program / Project Manager role with experience in the Semiconductor domain. This position requires 5-7 years of experience and offers a budget of 15 lpa. The location for this role is in Hyderabad, and the ideal candidates should have an immediate or 15 days notice period. As a Program / Project Manager in this role, your key responsibilities will include managing multiple VLSI (Semiconductor) projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will handle client communication, project reporting, identify risks, and drive issue resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as RTL, DV, PD, DFT, etc., will also be a part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in the VLSI/semiconductor industry. Strong project or program management skills are essential, along with good communication and coordination abilities. A technical background (B.Tech/MTech) is required, and an MBA would be considered a plus.
