Project Procurement Manager

As a Project Procurement Manager at KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS), your role will involve guiding the management of the entire Procurement scope for assigned projects. You will be responsible for establishing project procurement procedures, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. Your proactive approach in identifying and correcting problems, managing changes, and fostering effective communication among project disciplines will be crucial. Additionally, you will collaborate with Engineering, report project status to stakeholders, and contribute to building supply chain capabilities and team growth. Key Responsibilities: - Establish project procurement procedures aligned with KBR work methods to meet client and project requirements - Execute Procurement in compliance with safety, regulations, quality, schedule, and budget - Identify and resolve problems in coordination with the project procurement team - Proactively manage changes and ensure effective communication among project disciplines - Collaborate with Engineering and report project status to stakeholders - Build supply chain capabilities, grow the team, and manage resources effectively Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field - 5-10+ years of international experience as a Project Procurement Manager in global EPC companies - Strong team management experience and ability to work with international stakeholders - Proven track record in cost reduction programs, complex schedule-driven environments, and lump-sum/reimbursable contracts - Competency in working with Suppliers from various countries and proficient in purchasing and subcontracts processes - Strong presentation and negotiation skills with expertise in e-procurement tools and Power BI Join KBR and Belong, Connect, Grow with us!,
