Job Description

Candidates with BE | BTech/ MBA having 2 to 5 years of working experiernce as follows:Job Purpose: The primary purpose of the Project Planning, Monitoring & PMO Specialist is to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively within the organization.Responsibilities: Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as necessary. Address stakeholder concerns, maintain positive relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance. Professional certifications in project management tools would be an advantage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed project plans for enabling pre-project and pre-EPC award activities. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and permits at different project stages. Monitor EPC project progress, track key milestones, identify and evaluate project risks, develop/suggest mitigation plans, and report on project status to stakeholders. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to established targets. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner. planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities, ensuring that project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The specialist will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to establish project plans, monitor progress, and implement project management best practices. Additionally, this role supports the Project Management Office (PMO) in standardizing project management processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization. Develop comprehensive project plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Identify and evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and permits at different project stages. Develop L1, L2, L3 Schedule, Major commodity Curves, and Project S -Curves. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner. Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, as necessary.
