Project Operations Manager for IT Company

Job Summary

Be the nerve‑center between Product, Engineering, and User‑Acquisition (UA). Each morning you scan key numbers—revenue, retention, ROAS—then turn priorities into clear tasks for the dev team, sign off releases, and end the day fine‑tuning Google Ads budgets or planning the next A/B test. Your smooth processes and instant alerts keep growth steady while the founder focuses on big partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1.Break plans into action – Convert the founder’s ideas into simple, daily to‑dos for developers and designers.

2.Guard the release clock – Track project boards, run quick QA checks, and ensure every update hits the Play Store on time.

3.Monitor the money meters – Watch AdMob/AppLovin revenue, Firebase user stats, and Google Ads spend for any dip or spike.

4.Tune ad budgets – Adjust bids and budgets so earnings always beat costs.

5.Fix issues fast – Spot problems, find the root cause, rally the team, and verify the patch.

6.Run smart experiments – Launch small A/B tests to boost revenue or user happiness.

7.Automate alerts – Build simple reports or email/phone pings so red flags appear early.

8.Report in a flash – Send crisp daily or weekly updates and loop in the right teammate when blockers arise.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar (must have 90 %+ in 12th Science).

•Sharp analytics and real‑time problem‑solving skills.

•Future‑focused mindset; can spot new features and improvements.

•Good understanding of Android & iOS app stores and basic UI principles.

•Clear English communication, written and spoken.

Eligibility & Pay:

• Candidate Must be from Surat or nearby area only.
• No Bar for Right candidate
• Experience in Android or iOS development will be advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
