MERN Developer

As a skilled MERN Stack Developer, you will be joining our dynamic development team to play a key role in building and maintaining web applications. You must be familiar with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to ensure the stability, responsiveness, and effectiveness of our web projects. **Responsibilities:** - Design and develop web applications using the MERN stack. - Create responsive web interfaces using React.js. - Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js. - Ensure seamless database operations and well-designed database schemas using MongoDB. - Collaborate with UI/UX and backend developers to define and achieve project goals. - Conduct code reviews, provide feedback to other developers. - Troubleshoot and fix any issues to maintain and improve application performance. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field. - Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer. - Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with Redux for state management. - Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration. - Ability to design and build user interfaces and server-side applications. - Experience with version control systems, Git knowledge preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Benefits:** - Flexible schedule - Leave encashment Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position.
