EDUCATION:BE IN CIVIL/DIOPLOMA IN CIVIL

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Defining project scope, creating detailed timelines, and establishing project execution plans.
• Resource Management:Securing and optimizing resources (personnel, materials, equipment), managing budgets, and ensuring efficient workflows.
• Team Leadership:Assembling and leading project teams, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts.
• Risk Management:Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans.
• Quality Assurance:Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Stakeholder Communication:Maintaining effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal personnel to ensure alignment and address issues promptly.
• Financial Management:Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial performance.
• Schedule Management:Developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
• Technical Expertise:Providing technical guidance and expertise to the project team.
• Safety and Compliance:Ensuring that all project activities adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.

Specific tasks might include:

• Coordinating with onsite contractors and operations during construction.
• Conducting pre-startup safety reviews and managing change processes.
• Overseeing the development of project budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Monitoring engineering, procurement, and construction progress.
• Reviewing cost control forecasts.
• Gathering information firsthand at project sites and meeting with clients.
• Negotiating changes to project scope or specification with the client.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all project deliverables and services.
• Leading project meetings and communicating project status to stakeholders.
• Working with maintenance and operations during the commissioning and start-up phase.
• Closing out projects and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
