Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage project schedules from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and identify potential issues for proactive resolution. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze data to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in civil engineering projects management (residential). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil. Strong understanding of project control principles including cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with clients and team members.
