AGM - Project Management & Planning (Solar)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop detailed project schedules and execution plans (EPC, procurement, construction, commissioning).
  
• Prepare and monitor project timelines using

  Primavera / MS Project

  .
• Identify critical paths, monitor progress, and propose mitigation plans for delays.
  
• Establish project baselines (time, cost, scope) and ensure periodic updates.
  

2. Project Monitoring & Control

• Track project progress through daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and dashboards.
  
• Review actual progress vs. plan, cost vs. budget, and highlight deviations.
  
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
  
• Conduct project review meetings and ensure issue closure.
  

3. Cost & Resource Management

• Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and forecasting.
  
• Coordinate with SCM for procurement planning and material delivery schedules.
  
• Track resource allocation and optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
  

4. Coordination & Interface Management

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, EHS, and Commercial teams for smooth project execution.
  
• Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for project progress and approvals.
  
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory clearances are tracked and managed as per project requirements.
  

5. Risk & Quality Management

• Identify schedule and cost risks and propose corrective actions.
  
• Ensure project documentation, drawings, and approvals are managed per PMO standards.
  
• Support QA/QC and EHS compliance in project execution activities.
  

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and present project performance summaries to management.
  
• Maintain project records, approvals, and completion documentation.
  
• Support in internal and client audits for project-related deliverables.
