Position : Project Manager

Location Sholinganallur, Chennai

Experience – 12+Years

Responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and key products to be delivered
• Develop project specifications, agree on project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines
• Utilize project plans and schedules to monitor all activities
• Ensure team members are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• Drive project execution, track delivery, monitor and control changes, manage change proactively, and resolve blockers
• Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems and communicate timely information to relevant parties
• Seek stakeholder insight to improve processes while ensuring compliance with governance and standards
• Conduct progress reviews to give stakeholders confidence that projects will deliver on time, within budget, and to agreed standards
• Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and contribute to documentation for new or improved processes

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with 6 to 8 years in successful program/project management delivering software web-based solutions in the Digital Banking/FSI sector
• Experience in Implementation Projects or Application Development
• Experience in Fixed-Bid-Projects
• Experience in Java, Angular, Mobile Technologies(Android/IOS)
• Proficient in Agile, JIRA, Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze and communicate both macro and low-level views
• Strong judgment, decision-making abilities, and excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
• PMP certification & Scrum certification are a plus
