Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage
end-to-end software or IT projects

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within budget.
Conduct regular meetings, provide status updates, and report to stakeholders.
Document all aspects of the project, including requirements, plans, and reports.
Ensure client satisfaction and manage stakeholder expectations.
Drive continuous improvement through feedback and post-mortem analysis.

Skills Required

Proven experience in
project management
, specifically in the software or IT sector.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating teams and managing stakeholders.
The ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
Proficiency in project management tools (

A detail-oriented approach to project documentation and reporting.
