Project Manager web development

Position Overview

Experience: 3–5 years (preferably in web development projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and workflows.
• Facilitate agile development processes such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for clients and management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize development processes.
• Plan, execute, and deliver web development projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA, and content creators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience managing web development projects from initiation to deployment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA)

Experience

 Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
