Job Description

As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine the specifications of the project. Your key responsibilities will include: - Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements - Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities - Determining needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations - Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met - Acquiring equipment and material and monitoring stocks to timely handle inadequacies - Hiring contractors and other staff, and allocating responsibilities - Supervising the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and providing guidance when needed - Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports - Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting issues Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role - Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Ability to communicate and report effectively This company offers health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund as part of the benefits package.
