Overview

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects.
  • Define and control project scope, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and communicate change orders to clients when required.
  • Facilitate smooth knowledge transfer from Sales to the Services team, ensuring project teams have all necessary requirements and documentation.
  • Oversee customer handover during testing, fine-tuning, and project closure, ensuring all required documentation is delivered.
  • Ensure timely communication of project status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide go-live support, documentation, and knowledge transfer as needed.
  • Coordinate resource scheduling and communication with offshore teams.
  • Act as an SME for areas such as supply chain management, application integration, and business process automation.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and to gather testimonials, references, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure VNMT remains a key value-add stakeholder throughout the project.

2. Pre-Sales Support

  • Participate in pre-sales activities for strategic opportunities, supporting solution architecture discussions.
  • Assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) and formal proposals.
  • Partner with the Sales team to evaluate customer fit and represent the Professional Services team effectively.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in

    Business, Engineering, Information Systems

    , or a related field.
  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in enterprise software implementation, project management, or business process consulting.
  • Proven experience working directly with external clients.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and 3PL applications (preferred).
  • Familiarity with

    Zoho Projects

    and

    Zoho Desk

    (preferred).
  • Understanding of application integration technologies (preferred).
  • Previous experience in SaaS / cloud-based applications (preferred).
  • Prior experience managing teams is an added advantage.
